Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager based in Prince George, BC, with flexibility for some remote work. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business development and growth. The role also involves promoting photocopier solutions, meeting sales targets, and effectively communicating with clients to provide tailored solutions that align with their business needs.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Account Management
- Experience in Sales and Business Development
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working collaboratively or independently
- Familiarity with office equipment and software solutions is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
