Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Muscat, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and meeting sales targets. You will collaborate with the sales team to strategize growth opportunities and deliver personalized training and product demonstrations to potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Additional tasks may include maintaining records, analyzing market trends, and providing feedback to improve product offerings and service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage and interact with clients.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on generating leads and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in delivering Training and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Goal-driven with strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and implementing strategies for business growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the security systems or automation industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work schedule.
  • well experianced in networking and automation.
