What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Generate qualified leads through targeted outreach and digital tools, converting interest into opportunity
  • Engage prospects via cold calls, tailored emails, Linked In, and industry events
  • Execute lead generation workflows with timely follow‑up and nurturing activities
  • Collaborate with regional Business Development Managers to implement tactical plans to enhance pipeline results
  • Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and outcomes in Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum of 3 years of Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) experience in a B2B environment; logistics or supply chain experience is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and business‑level conversation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, and GTM platforms such as Cognism, Zoom Info, Linked In Sales Navigator
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience selling or prospecting in warehouse, distribution, or e-commerce operations
  • Understanding of 3PL services, fulfillment models, and logistics terminology
