Senior Account Executive

• 1. Manage the complete sales cycle and drive revenue growth for large, diverse, complex territories
• 2. Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, develop, and close a sales pipeline
• 3. Build consultative relationships that result in growth opportunities
• 4. Monitor sales team performance, make sure the process runs smoothly
• 5. Support sales team in pitching and negotiating with potential clients
• 6. Build aggressive sales team to grow pipeline
• 7. Responsible for understanding Goodeva offerings and the competitive landscape
• 8. Gather information and feedback from potential clients
• 9. Partner with an implementer to ensure customer success.
• 10. Travels to customer sites to identify/develop sales opportunities when required

• 1. Minimum 2 years of sales experience, proven track record in achieving sales quota
• 2. Experience in an IT or SaaS company is a plus. B2B sales experience is necessary
• 3. Experienced in building and managing sales team
• 4. Understanding of sales process methodologies (BANT, SPIN, MEDDIC, etc)
• 5. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• 6. Comfortable and confident speaking to C Level / Management Level
