Job Description- 1. Manage the complete sales cycle and drive revenue growth for large, diverse, complex territories
- 2. Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, develop, and close a sales pipeline
- 3. Build consultative relationships that result in growth opportunities
- 4. Monitor sales team performance, make sure the process runs smoothly
- 5. Support sales team in pitching and negotiating with potential clients
- 6. Build aggressive sales team to grow pipeline
- 7. Responsible for understanding Goodeva offerings and the competitive landscape
- 8. Gather information and feedback from potential clients
- 9. Partner with an implementer to ensure customer success.
- 10. Travels to customer sites to identify/develop sales opportunities when required
- 1. Minimum 2 years of sales experience, proven track record in achieving sales quota
- 2. Experience in an IT or SaaS company is a plus. B2B sales experience is necessary
- 3. Experienced in building and managing sales team
- 4. Understanding of sales process methodologies (BANT, SPIN, MEDDIC, etc)
- 5. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- 6. Comfortable and confident speaking to C Level / Management Level
