• Engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries effectively
• Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives
• Communicate Remote's value propositions clearly to prospects
• Educate and develop prospects for hand-off to sales teams
• Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts through cold calling

• Proven business development success using core sales tools, with knowledge of Salesforce, Linked In Sales Navigator, and Zoom Info considered a plus
• Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
• Fluent in English and German, with exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Strong sense of urgency for achieving goals and a self-starter mentality
• Ability to think strategically and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations

• Experience working remotely is considered a plus
