The Role
The Counter Adversary Operations is redefining the intelligence, threat hunting, and advanced security operations. As a Specialist Sales Manager for the Counter Adversary business you will have the exciting opportunity to help customers solve tough business and security challenges while driving growth for a business that is core to Crowd Strike’s differentiation. You will engage in business value‑oriented conversations directly with CISOs and security leaders to successfully position our industry‑leading threat hunting, intelligence, SIEM enrichment, and detection engineering capabilities to our customers.
Your job is to build out your territory and maximize market adoption by any and all means. In return, this position offers uncapped income potential in a market segment that impacts people, processes, and technologies and drives market differentiation for the entire Crowd Strike platform.
What You’ll Do- Identify, develop, and execute account strategy to close new business opportunities and expand revenue with customers across the assigned region; independently and cooperatively.
- Scope, negotiate, and bring to closure agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
- Target and gain access to decision makers in key prospect accounts in the assigned territory.
- Establish access and maintain existing relationships with key decision makers (typically at the CIO and CISO, and Director/VP level) in industry, partners, and customer accounts to drive all pertinent issues related to sales strategy and revenue attainment.
- Collaborate with peers with cross‑functional teams (including the Field Sales, Channels & Alliances, Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Management) to create visibility with target accounts and drive engagement of prospects at both the individual contributor and executive level.
- Work cooperatively with partners to leverage their established account presence and relationships.
- Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant prospect information using
- 4+ years of high achievement selling enterprise platform solutions into one of the following markets (Cyber threat intelligence, cyber threat hunting, adversary emulation, SIEM, cybersecurity).
- Ability to adapt, thrive and excel in a fast‑moving, nimble environment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills and ability to skillfully interact with technical stakeholders as well as executive decision makers.
- Success in owning and running the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close with a disciplined approach / methodology (MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler, etc).
- Comfortable selling in a team environment. You’ll be working in close collaboration with peers in the Crowd Strike sales organization.
- History and reputable track record of exceeding goals and sales quotas – high achiever!
- Consultative sales approach – ability to challenge companies/businesses to think differently and provide thought leadership.
- Hunter’s mindset – ability to proactively uncover and develop new opportunities with cold accounts and existing business customers.
