What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage a portfolio of named enterprise-level payer accounts, serving as the primary relationship owner
  • Develop and execute strategic, multi-year account plans to drive market share and revenue growth
  • Identify new use cases and business units within existing payer organizations to expand the company's footprint
  • Lead expansion, renewal, and upsell sales motions, including opportunity qualification and deal strategy
  • Collaborate with Client Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and drive adoption
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 7–10+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, analytics, or data platforms to payer organizations
  • Proven track record of expanding revenue and solution footprint within large, complex payer organizations
  • Strong account management skills with the ability to develop and execute long‑term strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and build new buying centers within existing payer organizations
  • Executive‑level communication and consultative selling skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Recognition such as Top Salesperson awards or President’s Club honors
  • Experience in high‑growth, entrepreneurial healthcare technology organizations
