The Brian Scott Agency is a fast-paced, high-growth insurance agency looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and goal-focused self-starter to join our team as an Unlicensed Marketer / Quoter. We need someone who moves fast, thinks sharp, and is quick on the keyboard because speed and accuracy matter here.

This role is the engine behind our sales operation. You will engage with prospects, gather and input information, and prepare accurate quotes that help our licensed producers close deals. If you're motivated by goals, energized by productivity, and thrive in an environment where momentum matters, this is your lane.

• Take inbound lead calls to quote for insurance
• Gather personal and business information from clients with accuracy and professionalism
• Enter data related to home, auto, specialty vehicles, and commercial businesses to build insurance quotes
• Prepare and organize quotes for licensed producers
• Set appointments and keep the sales pipeline moving
• Support the team in a fast-moving, in-office environment

• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Call center or high-volume phone experience is a plus
• Ability to multitask across multiple screens and systems efficiently
• Comfortable handling customer objections and rejection
• Strong typing skills (30+ WPM required)
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Must meet background check requirements for employment
• Completion of the online assessment is required to be considered
• NOT a remote position
• M-F 9am
