What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Acquire new customers while managing a quota for incremental Account Contract Value (iACV)
  • Conduct analytical and consultative sales cycles for messaging, voice, and email solutions
  • Collaborate with customers to design tailored solutions using Twilio’s communications API platform
  • Negotiate contracts that meet customer needs while aligning with business objectives
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast utilizing Salesforce CRM
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 3-4 years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 2 years managing analytical products or solutions
  • Proven experience in direct selling of technical SaaS or CPaaS
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills into existing and new accounts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working with telecom companies, including CPaaS and SMS aggregators
  • Familiarity with the retail industry
  • Previous software, SaaS, CPaaS, or PaaS sales experience
