Position: Aftermarket District Sales Manager (Parts Sales)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop new customers and grow existing market share in maintenance, repair, and aftermarket services within the assigned territory
  • Maintain effective relationships with distributor principals to ensure commitment to the employer’s products
  • Complete monthly reports on territory development and performance metrics
  • Prepare and document important meetings with distributors and customers
  • Articulate the value proposition of the employer's offerings to equipment owners
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Sales
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar industry (parts & service)
  • Willingness and ability to travel 80% of the time (Monday‑Thursday remote office on Friday)
  • Strong analytical skills to assess margin, pricing strategy, and profitability
  • Experience managing multi‑state territories with high travel requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a distributor‑based or manufacturer‑direct sales model
  • Experience supporting construction, access equipment, or material handling markets
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior‑level decision makers
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Knowledge of aftermarket parts distribution and service operations
