Gaithersburg, MD | Baltimore–Washington Metro | Remote-Based After Training

We are seeking a driven, competitive B2B Outside Sales Representative to join a growing Mechanical Services (HVAC) company based in Gaithersburg, MD and servicing the Baltimore–Washington Metro area.

This is a true hunter role. There are limited warm leads. You will build your own book of business, generate new opportunities, and be rewarded on an unlimited commission plan.

Commercial HVAC is an essential, high-demand industry fueled by continued growth in energy, data centers, and commercial infrastructure. This is a stable market with strong long-term upside.

What You’ll Do
  • Prospect and develop new commercial accounts through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach
  • Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with decision-makers
  • Perform building surveys to inventory mechanical systems and uncover service opportunities
  • Present findings, financial impact, and tailored service solutions
  • Deliver and negotiate maintenance service agreements
  • Build and manage your own book of business
  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity and revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success in B2B outside sales (mechanical services, HVAC, construction, facilities, or related industries preferred)
  • Hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to generate new business
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation ability
  • Organized and comfortable using CRM systems
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Unlimited commission — no cap on earnings
