What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Deliver against quota for Compliance Solutions team and specific products, including Compliance Analytics
  • Understand and articulate expertise in banking regulatory programs such as HMDA, Fair Lending, and CRA
  • Communicate value propositions of solutions while providing deep technical expertise
  • Build internal relationships and collaborate effectively with Account Executives and Deal Team members
  • Develop deep domain knowledge of solution offerings and configurations to support customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent job-related experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling into the Financial Services industry with knowledge of banking operations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in  as a CRM tool
  • Consultative sales experience with strong presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with Compliance Solutions platforms and financial services regulatory compliance
  • Familiarity with Generative AI in the context of selling
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships virtually
  • Experience in a field sales role
  • Knowledge of Demo2
