Position:Territory Sales Manager (NE Ohio-Based | Full-Time)
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager based in NE Ohio to lead growth initiatives within a defined regional territory. This is a full-time role that combines regular in-territory travel with the flexibility to work from home. Some overnight travel may be necessary.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Building, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with distributor partners and OEM customers
- Creating and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within the territory
- Managing the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to closing and post-sale support
- Delivering product training and technical support to customers and partners
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure long-term account success
- Supporting broader business development initiatives to expand market presence
This position requires consistent travel throughout the assigned territory to maintain a strong customer presence, along with remote work for planning, reporting, and internal collaboration.

- Industry familiarity - Experience in the power transmission, motion control, and material handling industries is highly valued.
- Educational background - Industrial sales related experience OR a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing.
- Self-motivated and adaptable - You thrive working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. You are organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing travel with hybrid flexibility.
