What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Grow the employer's business with key distribution partners in the assigned geography
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key accounts and executives
  • Identify and manage new sales and conversion opportunities in the channel
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to increase sales and communicate local and national promotions
  • Manage contracts and RFQs while coordinating training and events for distributor personnel
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Two (2) years of sales experience in the electrical construction industry in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Current, valid driver’s license is required
  • Experience in sales or marketing, with a minimum of two (2) years in the field
  • Proven ability to communicate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience selling products in the Greater Atlanta, Georgia market
  • Minimum four (4) years of distribution sales/marketing and/or management experience
  • Proficiency in analytics, fact-based selling, and category management
  • Solid negotiating and selling skills with experience influencing strategic accounts
  • Aptitude for understanding multiple product lines and managing marketing channels within distribution
