• Conduct outbound prospecting into a defined set of ICP accounts using a structured, multi‑touch approach (email, phone, social)
• Research and enrich accounts and contacts aligned to ICP and segment priorities
• Generate sales‑qualified leads (SQLs) and sales‑accepted leads (SALs) monthly
• Deliver clean, context‑rich handoffs to Account Executives with clear use case, buyer pain, and next steps
• Maintain high‑quality CRM hygiene, ensuring timely updates and task management

• 2–4 years of outbound sales or prospecting experience (B2B SaaS preferred)
• Ability to research accounts, identify pain points, and craft personalized outreach
• Consistent execution of structured cadences across phone, email, and Linked In
• High accountability to performance KPIs and conversion metrics
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex solutions

• Experience building outbound programs or testing messaging strategies
• Understanding of buyer journey and qualification frameworks (e.g., SPIN, BANT, MEDDPICC)
• Strong partnership experience with Account Executives
• Interest in data enrichment and pipeline strategy
• Passion for health and fitness
