Responsibilities
  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of inside sales professionals
  • Provide leadership for account planning, territory planning, and sales management
  • Collaborate with field sales leaders to define and meet joint sales targets
  • Drive business process improvements across Sales Operations, Marketing, and other departments
  • Serve as an escalation point for customer and partner issues, ensuring timely resolution
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role managing inside sales teams
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth within technology solutions or IT services
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business or related field
  • Experience in transactional business models and solution-based selling
  • Knowledge of sales strategy and demand generation
  • Results-oriented leader with a track record of holding themselves accountable
  • Familiarity with technology solutions such as O365 or equivalent
