Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities and implement strategies to attain sales objectives through consultative selling
  • Manage complex negotiations and position products and rates to maximize revenue
  • Maintain multiple benefits brokerage and consultant relationships within the assigned territory
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to uncover growth opportunities and support post‑sale activities
  • Track all activities in the company’s CRM system and maintain updated account information
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience selling Group Insurance, with 5+ years’ sales experience preferred
  • Valid State Health and Life insurance licenses
  • Proven success selling Dental, Vision, and ancillary insurance products to employers with 51 or more employees
  • Ability to travel as needed within the territory to meet with brokers, clients, and team members
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry-related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience building relationships with brokers and consultants
  • Consultative selling background and experience
  • Strong executive presence and business acumen
  • Knowledge of industry and emerging marketplace trends
  • Experience in a remote work environment
