Role Description

This is a remote, contract-based opportunity for a dynamic Founding Sales Closer. The Founding Sales Closer(s) will be responsible for executing the sales process, converting leads into long-term customers, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role includes actively engaging with prospective clients, building strong customer relationships, and identifying their specific needs. Additional responsibilities include delivering compelling sales presentations and closing deals efficiently.

You will work collaboratively with the founding team to shape and refine the sales strategy, contributing directly to Sleipnir’s success.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales closing, account management, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, work independently, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, alongside proficiency in using CRM and sales-related digital tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, adjust, and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Familiarity with transportation, logistics, or SaaS industry sectors is a plus.
