Specialty Sales Representative, EMS Clinical and Software

• Develop a deep understanding of the EMS industry and the needs of existing clients
• Prepare sales quotes and negotiate contracts within specified authority
• Manage leads and follow up on sales opportunities with cold calling
• Maintain accurate records of all call activity in
• Act as a liaison between customers and support teams to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue quotas and goals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

• Experience in account management within the medical technology field
• Familiarity with  or similar CRM software
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Prior experience in a customer-focused sales environment
• Strong presentation skills and listening abilities
