Position: Specialty Sales Representative, EMS Clinical and Software Applications

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop an advanced understanding of the EMS industry and the unique needs of existing clients
  • Prepare sales quotes and negotiate contracts within specified authority
  • Manage and report on activity in review meetings with management
  • Build rapport and relationships with territory sales managers and customers through professional service
  • Respond to customer concerns and help resolve them by directing to the appropriate resources
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3‑5 years of sales support experience preferred
  • Excellent negotiation skills and consistent achievement of sales and revenue quotas
  • Proven experience in delivering client‑focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Ability to effectively communicate and credibly influence people at all levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in account management and handling multiple projects
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities between Territory Managers, customers, and leadership
  • Excellent presentation, listening, and communication skills—both verbal and written
