Specialty Sales Representative, EMS Clinical and Software

• Collaborate with Territory Managers to support sales activities through phone, email, and direct sales
• Act as a liaison between customers and support teams, addressing and escalating concerns as needed
• Develop a strong understanding of the EMS industry and ZOLL products to effectively meet client needs
• Prepare sales quotes, negotiate contracts, and manage customer accounts to optimize product usage
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in  and report on customer sentiment

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven experience in achieving sales and revenue quotas
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

• Experience in account management within the medical technology or EMS industry
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong presentation skills and experience with client-focused solutions
• Familiarity with  or similar CRM systems
