Apex Operating Partners is a new, embedded operations firm that works closely with growth-stage businesses to improve operational and sales effectiveness. We partner directly with founders, operators, and leadership teams to drive results through hands-on engagement across revenue operations, go-to-market execution, and operational infrastructure.

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, hybrid role for a Field Sales Representative based in Irvine, CA, with flexibility for remote work. We are seeking skilled sales professionals who want to join a growing company early and play a meaningful role in shaping its trajectory.
Responsibilities- Identify new sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
- Daily responsibilities include prospecting, conducting client meetings, managing a clear sales pipeline, and preparing sales reports.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and take ownership in delivering results.
- There is significant room for growth in this role as Apex Operating Partners scales.
On-target earnings range from $89,000 to $225,000 annually. Compensation is performance-based and tied directly to results, with upside aligned to individual contribution and company growth.
Qualifications- Sales and business development experience, including prospecting, account management, and relationship building
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience in client-facing roles
- Ability to analyze data and track sales performance
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software
- Experience supporting go-to-market strategies or revenue operations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
- Experience in fast-paced or growth-stage environments strongly preferred
