Start by supporting senior reps and closing SMB opportunities. As you ramp, you'll take full ownership of deals, eventually working with mid‑market and enterprise clients. This is a fast‑track role for those ready to grow quickly.
What You’ll Do- Shadow top Senior Account Executives and provide support as needed.
- Prospect for and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver proposals to key decision‑makers.
- Manage client communications and support strategic growth initiatives.
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to account expansion.
- 2+ years of experience in digital or media sales.
- Adaptable and quick to learn in changing environments.
- Hardworking and resilient.
- Coachable, curious, and confident.
- Proactive, personable, and driven.
