Specialty Sales Representative, EMS Clinical and Software

• Develop an advanced understanding of the EMS industry and the unique needs of existing clients
• Prepare sales quotes and negotiate contracts within specified authority
• Manage and report on activity during review meetings with management
• Sell consumables and accessories to both existing and new customers, including exploring opportunities with competitive accounts
• Maintain accurate records of all call activity in  and ensure customer concerns are resolved

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
• Excellent negotiation skills and consistent achievement of sales goals
• Proven experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels

• Experience in account management within the medical or healthcare industry
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and manage competing priorities
• Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail
• A strong understanding of ZOLL products and their business applications
