We are looking for a high-performing ONTARIO Sales & Business, to consolidate and grow the Ontario territory.
This role is field-oriented, results-driven, and focused on closing. You will manage your territory with autonomy, open doors, build trust with dealers and customers, and own your results from prospecting to deal closure. You will represent one of Canada’s leading manufacturers of specialized trailers. Experience in the transportation or trailer industry is mandatory.
FIELD-BASED, HYBRID ROLE- ✔The role is remote/home-based, combined with frequent travel across Ontario

DutiesBusiness Development & Sales Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships across Ontario. Drive revenue growth through direct sales and dealer channel. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends and competitor activity. Optimize market coverage and sales territories, Support the reorganization and optimization of dealer networks.
Sales Management & Reporting: Set, monitor and exceed sales targets, Track sales performance and market indicators, Prepare regular reports and insights for senior management
Tools & Work Environment: Supported by modern, data-driven sales and customer intelligence system. Use of CRM and advanced sales enablement tools to support market expansion and performance.
Personal SuitabilityResults-driven and self-motivated, Strong relationship builder and communicator, Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, Comfortable working autonomously with accountability for results
EducationPost-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field preferred
ExperienceMinimum 7–10 years of experience in sales, business development or account management. Mandatory experience in the transportation or trailer industry. Strong B2B sales background. Proven experience managing dealer or distribution networks
Employment Conditions (Mandatory)Valid Canadian driver’s license. Access to a reliable personal vehicle. Willing and able to travel frequently across Ontario.
