As Lawyerlink continues to grow its UK client base, we are expanding our sales capability in South Africa to support inbound demand and accelerate subscription growth.
Role DescriptionWe are looking for a seasoned B2B sales professional to take ownership of converting inbound leads and driving subscription growth in the UK.
This is a closing-focused role, not a junior lead-generation position. You will manage the full sales cycle, working primarily with warm and inbound leads via Hub Spot, while also progressing and re-engaging opportunities already in our pipeline.
No legal qualification is required; however, a strong understanding of SME businesses, commercial decision-making, and consultative selling is essential.

Key Responsibilities ✔️ Inbound Sales & Conversion
- Convert inbound enquiries into subscribers using a consultative, value-led approach.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with UK clients via video calls, phone, and email.
- Respond promptly to new leads via Hub Spot and manage follow-ups effectively.
- Clearly explain subscription options, scope, and commercial value.
- Actively manage and progress opportunities in the CRM.
- Re-engage historic leads and stalled opportunities.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close.
- Provide structured feedback on objections, lead quality, and conversion barriers.
- Develop a strong understanding of UK SME challenges and commercial decision-making.
- Build credibility and trust with UK business owners through confident, articulate communication.
- 3–5+ years’ experience in B2B consultative sales
, ideally involving subscriptions. - Proven ability to close deals and manage a sales pipeline end-to-end.
- Fluent, confident English speaker and writer, with the ability to engage UK clients professionally.
- Comfortable using CRM systems (Hub Spot experience strongly preferred).
- Confident selling to founders, directors, and decision-makers.
- Results-driven with strong commercial instincts.
- Self-motivated and effective in a remote working environment.
- Excellent communicator with strong objection-handling skills.
- Structured, organised, and accountable for performance.
