Brunt Work is a global offshore staffing and outsourcing business operating across 45+ countries. We help clients scale by hiring high-quality remote talent across a wide range of roles from operational support to senior specialists.

We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a highly driven, results-focused Outbound SDR to generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting.

Role Overview

The Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients through outbound prospecting efforts.

This role is focused on pipeline generation. The SDR will initiate contact with decision-makers, build interest in Brunt Work's services, and schedule qualified meetings for the Sales team.

This is a high-performance role suited to someone resilient, target-driven, and confident engaging C-level and senior executives.

We're seeking quick-thinking, high-energy, adaptable individuals with bold, direct personalities who thrive in sales and confidently drive results.

Job Highlights
  • Schedule:

    This role requires flexibility to work variable shifts aligned with our client base. Shift schedules may change weekly depending on target market time zones.
  • Side note:
    Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will also be accountable for handling their taxes and benefits independently.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research target accounts within defined industries and geographies
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via:
  • Cold calling
  • Cold emailing
  • Qualify prospects based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline)
  • Book qualified discovery meetings for Sales Agents
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach and activities in the CRM
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs:
  • Calls made
  • Emails sent
  • Conversations held
  • Meetings booked
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Minimum outbound activities per day (calls + emails + Linked In touches)
  • Sales-qualified opportunities created
  • Conversion rate from outreach to booked meeting
Required Experience & Skills
  • 2+ years experience in outbound sales, SDR, BDR, or telemarketing roles
  • Proven experience booking meetings through cold outreach
  • Strong phone presence and objection-handling ability
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • High-energy closer with a confident personality.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated in a remote environment
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, or offshore services
  • Experience using CRM systems (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Experience targeting SMEs and mid-market decision-makers
  • Exposure to international markets (US, UK, Australia)
