Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven IT Account Manager to drive business growth and manage client relationships within the IT solutions space.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage sales forecasts for assigned client accounts
- Expand customer base through cold calling, networking, and relationship building
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and support teams to deliver tailored IT solutions
- Build strong value propositions and negotiate effectively to close deals
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through product and service excellence
- Provide regular sales and market activity updates during weekly meetings
- 2–3 years of IT sales experience
- Strong knowledge of IT products, solutions, and services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and business acumen
- Diploma in any discipline
