Vous serez la ressource principale pour nos marchands et clients, servant à identifier et résoudre les problèmes techniques ainsi qu'à supporter les ventes. Les responsabilités incluent le soutien à la vente, la gestion des commandes, et le développement de la relation client. Un diplôme collégial et la maîtrise du français et de l'anglais sont requis.
