About the Role
Do you love connecting with people and sparking meaningful business conversations? We’re looking for an Outbound Business Development Representative to join us this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers through outbound prospecting efforts. You’ll play a key role in generating high-value meetings for our Account Executives by sparking curiosity, nurturing interest, and qualifying leads. Your work will directly contribute to our sales pipeline and company growth.
Media Valet's digital asset management (DAM) platform makes it easy for teams to aggregate, secure, manage, share and distribute their brand assets from within a centralized, single-source-of-truth asset library.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect into target accounts via email, phone, and Linked In
- Handle objections and thoroughly follow up with leads
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified meetings
- Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions in our CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly qualified opportunity targets
- You are organized, love the finer details, but can also think of the bigger picture
- You are client-centered with excellent listening, communication, and critical thinking skills
- You're an early adopter and embrace new technology
- You thrive on collaboration and working as a team
- You have a growth mindset and relentlessly iterate to improve outcomes
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
- Experience working with a CRM and common sales engagement tools
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills
- Work from Home:

$58,000.00 – $68,000.00 CAD/year + up to 25% on-target bonus eligibility
