AboutThe Role
User Voice is seeking a driven and resourceful Account Executive to join our growing Commercial Team. In this role, you’ll help accelerate new customer acquisition across inbound and outbound channels, focusing on mid‑market and enterprise organizations. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to identify ideal customer segments, run strategic discovery, deliver consultative demos, and close high‑impact deals that help product teams centralize customer feedback and make data‑driven decisions.

- Execute outbound sales strategies targeting mid‑market and enterprise companies looking to unify customer feedback.
- Guide inbound prospects toward discovering the value of User Voice’s feedback aggregation, prioritization, and insights workflows.
- Identify and prioritize high‑potential accounts through research, vertical analysis, and data‑driven targeting.
- Build strong relationships with prospects through personalized outreach, cold calling, and follow‑ups on inbound interest.
- Lead consultative discovery and deliver tailored product demos focused on pain points such as scattered feedback, lack of visibility into customer needs, and misalignment between product, CX, GTM, and engineering teams.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotes, and contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate pipeline updates, lead activity, and customer details within the CRM.
- Stay current on product updates, industry trends in product management and VOC tools, and competitive offerings to refine messaging and uncover new opportunities.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to surface customer insights and help influence go‑to‑market strategy and product improvements.
- Help us navigate a widening customer base moving beyond product teams into a holistic customer intelligence platform.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- 3+ years of B2B outbound sales or business development experience, ideally in SaaS.
- Proven success generating and closing mid‑market and/or enterprise deals.
- Strong communication, active listening, and consultative selling skills.
- Experience managing high‑volume prospecting and discovery efforts.
- Comfort working independently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Ability to tailor messaging to product managers, CX leaders, engineering leaders, and executives.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Hub Spot or Salesforce, plus modern sales tech stacks.
- Experience selling into product teams or familiarity with product management workflows.
- Background in customer feedback platforms, product analytics, or VOC/insights tools.
- Understanding of PLG motions or hybrid sales/self‑serve funnels.
- Experience working with agencies, resellers, or software companies.
