Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the state of Florida. Applicants must reside within the specified location to be considered for this role.

As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
Ideal Candidate- A Passionate Seller: skillfully pick up the phone and turn prospects into happy, confident Liberty Mutual policyholders.
- A Front Lines Liaison: represent the Liberty brand, believe in what you’re selling, and connect customers to the right products for their individual needs.

From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, no worries, paid training also includes licensing!
- Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

- No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.

- Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time. Example 11am‑8pm (CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
- All computer equipment is provided. You must be able to maintain department work‑at‑home requirements which include a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired high‑speed internet connection with a minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed. Liberty Mutual does not support satellite and mobile internet services.
- 2‑3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
- Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
- Property and Casualty License required after hire.
