What you need to make this work for you:

• Willingness to hustle. If you’ve entered RE, then this is basically a given. You are willing to go out and get it done. No waiting around. No waiting for them to call you. Follow-up, follow-up, follow-up. You know the drill. You should already have this in the bag.
• Willingness to be wrong. Even though you are an expert in home sales, you may not be an expert in the intricacies of roof systems, siding, windows, etc. Not to worry, you already know the basics. That said, You Tube University will be your best friend. You’ll need to get smart on what you are selling, so homeowners will trust you and turn to you for advice and additional help.
