Account Development Executive

This role offers a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of a brand‑new delivery program launching across Alabama.

• High autonomy — spend most of your week out in the field driving your own results.

• Community-driven — engage with local businesses, chambers of commerce, and city influencers.
• Travel with purpose — explore new towns while building meaningful partnerships.

• Visit prospective local businesses (door-to-door) within a two-hour radius to introduce and pitch the new program.
• Present compelling value propositions and spark interest through confident, consultative conversations.
• Qualify interested businesses and walk them through a simple application process.
• Maintain and manage your pipeline and activity in Salesforce.
• Partner with your Field Manager to plan and execute events such as lunch-and-learns, community meetings, and recruitment sessions.
• Build relationships with community influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development groups to drive referrals.
• Import and update Salesforce data weekly using Excel files.

• 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience, with field/outside sales required.
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Confidence in outbound sales and relationship‑building conversations.
• Tech‑savvy mindset with the ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Enthusiastic professional demeanor and a sense of urgency to meet goals.
• Ability to handle travel of up to four hours round trip daily.

You’ll spend 4–5 days each week in the field

This is a Contract position based out of Montgomery, AL.

The pay range for this position is $25.50 - $25.50/hr.
