• Manage customer relationships and guide them through the application and purchasing process
• Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to achieve team goals

• 2-3 years of experience in life insurance telesales
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent sales/CRM software
• Proven sales track record and ability to overcome customer objections
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills, including a strong phone presence

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Quick learner comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changes quickly
• Incredible drive to win and improve continuously
