Job Details

As an Inside Sales Representative you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.

Location

Position available for candidates based in Washington, New Mexico, Nevada, and Utah. Applicants must reside within these states.

Position Details
  • From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives must hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; if you don’t, training includes licensing.
  • Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
  • Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
  • No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.
  • Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
  • Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (e.g., 11 am‑8 pm CST) for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
  • All computer equipment is provided. You must maintain your dedicated workspace, wired high‑speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile services are not supported.
Qualifications
  • 2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
  • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
  • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
  • Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
  • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
  • Property and Casualty license required after hire.

The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
