Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time hybrid role for an Account Manager based in Virginia, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, addressing inquiries, assisting with service requests, fostering strong business relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high‑quality services.
