- Conduct strategic analysis and territory planning based on market insights.
- Utilize strong communication skills to engage effectively with HCPs and account decision-makers.
- Manage a territory budget in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on customer and business strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- 3+ years of successful sales experience in pharmaceutical or biotech.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of complex sales environments.
- Ability to engage across various decision makers in key accounts.
- Demonstrated success in strategic account management and territory planning.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- Competitive salary range: $66.11 - $90.91 per hour.
