Business Development Representative | Remote US Market Exposure

We are currently sourcing a high performing Business Development Representative to support a growing US based brand in the apparel, branding and promotional products space.

This role is heavily outbound focused and requires resilience, consistency and strong communication skills.

The BDR will be responsible for driving new business conversations through outbound calling and written communication.

• High volume outbound prospecting
• Booking qualified appointments
• Handling inbound chatbot conversations
• Managing email follow ups

Target activity level is approximately 120 to 150 calls per day.

• 2 to 3 years outbound BDR or SDR experience
• Experience speaking to US based clients
• Confident engaging decision makers such as School Administrators, Athletics Directors, Trade Business Owners and Operations Managers
• Clear and professional communicator
• Comfortable working independently and being measured on performance

• CRM experience preferred such as Hub Spot
• Ability to quickly learn scripts, positioning and qualification frameworks

No commission structure currently attached

Compensation aligned to experience and performance expectations
