Ready to take ownership of a high-impact sales territory in a growing technology organization? Survalent is looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager, Northeast US, to uncover new opportunities, grow customer relationships, and close enterprise software deals. Partnering with the VP of US Sales and cross-functional teams, you’ll champion Survalent’s industry-leading solutions including ADMS, SCADA, and utility analytics tools helping electric utilities monitor, control, and optimize power delivery with precision.
What we are looking for:
- Individual contributor driving new sales opportunities to closure (new prospects + existing customers)
- Achieves quarterly & annual sales revenue and pipeline growth in Northeast US region
- Manages Survalent customer accounts within territory
- Guides inside sales & account development reps to maximize opportunities and customer success
- Works with existing customers for support renewals, product upsells, and referrals
- Develops key account plans
- Maintains & updates CRM sales activities; ensures accurate forecast
- Facilitates development of sales programs for short- and long-term strategies
- Implements provided sales techniques to increase regional sales volumes
- Collects & shares competitive intelligence with Product Management
- Learns Survalent products to explain features/benefits to customers & prospects
- Recommends product/service enhancements to improve satisfaction & sales potential
- Collaborates with VP US Sales on regional budgets, pipeline, forecasting, etc.
- Maintains a clean & accurate opportunity pipeline per Survalent sales methodology
- Develops territory strategic plan: research market conditions, competitors, business potential, and targeting key accounts
- Internalizes & promotes company mission statement and solution value propositions
- Attends company-sponsored events & trade shows as directed by Management
- Participates in mandatory sales meetings & training
- Accurately manages & reports company expenses
- Other Duties as assigned
Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university
- Minimum of 5 years’ direct experience in a quota carrying sales role in enterprise software sales
- Must have a solid track record of achievement in a solution sales environment selling technology related products directly to end users
- Must be able to travel within the US and Canada
- Must be versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
