We are looking for a Senior Living Sales Director to lead all sales activities and exceed our sales goals for Topeka Presbyterian Manor. The role includes cultivating relationships with potential residents and their families for tours, phone calls, and home visits, and developing business development accounts to build referrals. The Sales Director must be passionate about working with older adults, manage time effectively, collaborate with team members and home office initiatives, and promote our mission guided by Christian values.

• Degree in Marketing / related field or equivalent sales experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in marketing/sales in a senior living environment preferred.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and ability to learn and utilize our leads software to record all sales activity.
• Must function independently when necessary, demonstrating flexibility, personal integrity, and ability to work effectively with residents, staff and support agencies.
• Must be able to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures necessary for achieving sales goals.
