What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Direct and oversee the entire sales process, targeting customers in line with strategic objectives
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the Federal market
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
  • Stay updated on market trends and contribute to building a robust pipeline of business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MIMO solutions to effectively communicate their value
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant sales, business development, or military operations experience; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Leadership, management, and program management experience
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Must have clearance at SECRET level or the ability to obtain it within 12 months
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Deep understanding of DHS procurement and related agencies
  • Strong technical acumen in tactical communications
  • Proven track record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions
  • Experience working with resellers and distributors
  • Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
