What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Direct and oversee the entire sales process for MIMO-MANET products within Federal Civilian and Law Enforcement Agencies
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the U.S. Federal market
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
  • Contribute to building a robust pipeline of business opportunities and regularly update the CRM database
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MIMO solutions to effectively communicate product value to customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant sales, business development, or military operations experience; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Leadership, management, and program management experience
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Must have clearance at SECRET level or the ability to obtain one within 12 months;
    Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government contracts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Deep understanding of DHS procurement and related agencies
  • Strong technical acumen and knowledge of tactical communications challenges and solutions
  • Proven track record in sales of MANET and/or radio solutions
  • Experience working with resellers and distributors
  • Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
