• Attend sales summits, trainings, and meetings while partnering closely with sales operations and leadership
• Complete all assigned training for the Virtual Sales Representative role and retain foundational product and clinical knowledge
• Develop action plans by analyzing sales figures and reports to achieve territory sales quotas
• Utilize current technology to schedule virtual sales calls with customers and fulfill revenue growth objectives
• Establish pricing packages and respond to customer needs by developing feasible solutions

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
• At least 1 year of remote B2B or virtual sales experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote customer-facing environment
• Proven ability to build relationships with key internal and external customers
• Proficient in data analysis and product gap mapping

• Experience in medical device or healthcare virtual sales
• Proficient in utilizing  and Tableau
• Advanced computer skills, including Excel and Microsoft Teams
