· Indonesia (Remote) What are the main performance objectives in this role?
Build a strong and trusted presence for AVOW within the Indonesian agency ecosystem
Generate qualified campaign briefs by educating agencies on OEM advertising and AVOW’s value proposition
Contribute directly to market penetration and revenue growth in Indonesia
Support the full sales cycle alongside Senior Sales and Customer Success teams, from first contact to campaign launch
Become a recognizable and reliable point of contact for agencies within the first 6–12 months
What are the strengths, transferable skills, and behaviors that drive success in this role?Strong relationship-building skills and genuine enjoyment of face‑to‑face interactions
Confidence approaching new people and opening conversations in agency environments
Curiosity and willingness to learn the commercial and technical side of adtech
Clear and structured communication, both verbally and in writing
Proactive, self‑driven mindset with good follow‑through
Basic understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing concepts (or strong motivation to learn)
Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, collaborative, international environment
