Position: Outside Sales Account Representative (Multi-Family)- Renton/Eastside, WA

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and sustain sales relationships with key decision-makers in multi-family housing accounts
  • Manage sales volume with an existing group of customers and prospect for new accounts
  • Implement plans to expand business presence in the assigned area and share market insights
  • Attend monthly business meetings and participate in local trade shows and regional/national activities
  • Operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle as needed, with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of business-to-business (B2B) field sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote position
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Organizational skills and knowledge of handheld technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Direct sales experience to multi-family communities and facilities maintenance customers
  • Experience with consultative or solution selling
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
  • Familiarity with facilities products such as hardware, electrical, and lighting
  • Experience with a large volume of product lines
