Alpha students complete their core academics in two hours per day through AI-driven platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their time to developing practical competencies—entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience among them. With 25 new campuses slated to open by the close of 2025, each location begins with a single touchpoint: the enrollment experience. That's your domain.

This is a premium, concierge-level process designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families—not a transactional workflow or scripted outreach. You will shepherd the complete enrollment cycle for your families from initial contact through transition, providing personalized service throughout. You'll assess incoming inquiries, support families as they evaluate their options, and deploy AI-enabled tools to handle administrative tasks so your focus remains on what drives outcomes: trust, relationships, and conversion.

• Overseeing the complete enrollment process for designated families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
• Evaluating inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-generated insights.
• Serving as the sole point of contact for parent correspondence, appointment coordination, and ongoing follow-up—ensuring a concierge-grade experience at every stage.
• Applying AI-powered tools and CRM platforms (such as Hub Spot) to organize workload, automate outreach sequences, and minimize repetitive tasks.

• Operating from templates or inflexible procedures—this position demands discernment, professionalism, and interpersonal acuity.
• Navigating bureaucratic delays—you won't be stalled by interdepartmental clearances or dependent on others to move forward.
• Handing off relationship ownership—you remain the accountable contact from beginning to end.

Execute a premium, high-conversion enrollment experience that secures family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.

• 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with quantifiable conversion performance (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes or emotionally complex discussions with professionalism and empathy.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Hub Spot) and experience guiding multi-phase processes from inquiry to enrollment.
• Confirmed experience working with AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimization.
• Established capability to execute details with precision—including record-keeping, follow-through, and CRM data integrity.
• Located in the U.S. or Canada with current work authorization requiring no visa sponsorship.
• Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.

• Knowledge of Alpha's educational approach or demonstrated commitment to education innovation.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
