Quote Manage, a fast-growing national Medicare telesales brokerage firm and subsidiary of Centerfield, is seeking highly motivated Licensed Health & Life Insurance Agents to join our work-from-home team. We specialize in helping Medicare consumers across the country find the best plans to fit their needs. With the power of our parent company, Datalot, we drive inbound calls directly to our agents, keeping them connected and maximizing their opportunities.
Join Quote Manage as a Captive Agent, where you can focus exclusively on our top-tier insurance solutions without the distractions of independent sales. You’ll focus on selling and enrolling eligible Medicare customers into the right plans, including health, prescription drug, vision, and dental options, as well as advising pre-Medicare recipients on their options.
We give our agents everything they need to thrive—live inbound calls, high earning potential, and stability with a fast-growing organization. Expect 20‑25 qualified calls per day in the off‑season, with even greater volume during peak months. Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 – December
7) is the busiest and most rewarding time of the year, requiring agents to be fully available to drive sales and maximize earnings. Our aggressive compensation package includes top‑tier commissions, daily spiffs, and performance‑based bonuses to keep motivation high and results strong.

Here’s What You’ll Need To Succeed…- Must reside in and hold a Resident License in one of the following states:
Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Utah - At least 1 year of experience in Medicare phone sales is required—we’re looking for candidates with a strong track record in selling Health, Life, and/or Medicare Insurance over the phone
- Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) Commitment:
Agents must be available to work October 15 – December 7, the busiest and most lucrative time of the year - Strong ability to navigate and operate multiple web browsers across a dual‑screen setup
- Secure, hardwired high‑speed internet to ensure uninterrupted connectivity
- A private and distraction‑free home office or space to stay compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) when handling Protected Health Information (PHI)
- Full‑time, work‑from‑home position (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday) with flexible scheduling options. Alternative shift arrangements may be available during the off‑season (April–September)
- Competitive starting hourly rate of $21/hour. On average, agents earn $75,000‑$85,000 annually, with top performers exceeding $100,000
