This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Representative specializing in industrial flooring. The primary responsibilities include searching for new clients, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and achieving sales objectives. The Sales Representative will conduct product demonstrations, guide clients through the buying process, and ensure exceptional customer experience. The role also involves collaborating with the team to improve sales strategies and participating in training to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to provide a high level of interaction and support to clients
- Excellent Sales and Interpersonal Communication skills for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Experience in conducting Training and presenting product details effectively is beneficial
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the flooring or construction industry
- Basic knowledge of industrial flooring materials or a willingness to learn
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is an advantage
