Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand relationships with key ISV customer accounts to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute account strategies to deliver strong financial results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new revenue opportunities
  • Conduct consultative sales cycles focused on understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in major account or strategic sales
  • Proven ability to manage highly analytical products and solutions for customers
  • Strong relationship management skills with a focus on cross-selling and upselling
  • Demonstrated experience in developing account strategies based on data analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with telecom companies, including CPaaS, SMS aggregators, and global communications platforms
  • Background in quantitative industries such as Dev Ops, Fintech, or security
  • Familiarity with software, SaaS, CPaaS, or PaaS sales
  • Experience selling through ISV partners
